I have been journeying through growth, moving slowly towards the most authentic version of myself. As I create this website and start this business, the phrase “Do It Scared” repeats in my mind.

I have learned to trust those initial responses, the quietest ones that whisper from the back, behind the feelings of self-doubt and sabotage.

I have settled into the realization that we can all do challenging things, and we will become better versions of ourselves when we reach the other side.

I am here to remind you to trust yourself. I would not be who I am today if I had not.
